Lightweight cotton was from from the Winsome Goods Sale.

My adjustments detailed in diagrams below. I started with the Archer Button up by Grainline as the base. The only thing I'd do differently next time is maybe bring the shoulder seam forward a bit. The extra fabric from the gathers makes the shoulder seam roll to the back.
