Sienna Adventure Jacket

This Sienna is old news now (made/IG posted in 2019, ancient in social media years) and is now enjoying a low profile, unglamorous, and mostly undocumented life as one of my favorite and most worn handmade garments.
Recently wore it on an Adventure to the North Shore of Lake Superior though, so am taking the (photo) opportunity to add my fitting notes to the journal.

Waterfall! Also wearing a Nikko Top and my Grace Pullover

Pattern
Size
Started with a size 2.
My measurements are:
Bust: 34"
Waist: 26"
Hips: 36"
This actually puts me between a 4–6. After muslining, I actually liked the fit of the 2 best as a starting point. CCP sometimes runs slightly large on me.
Fabric
Plain Jane canvas from SR Harris
Notions
D-rings for belt, from Closet Core
Fit Adjustments
Took some work to get there but the fit on this jacket is amazing.

From my IG post:
The most interesting fit adjustment is maybe the "armpit combo" ? LOL. The sleeve and body were meeting too low and far away from my body. I drew in a L/S line through the chest/armhole/sleeve cap area and shortened by 3/8". Then I took in the side seams just at the underarms by 3/8". Worked great! Hand-basted sleeves in to make sure everything fit ok after the fiddling. (Didn't shorten the sleeves, but will next time by 1"
